About Ficus Coaching - Ficus Coaching is a new business in the Melbourne region specialising in Life Coaching, Career Coaching and Corporate Coaching. Other products include specialised services to current or ex-Defence personnel, CV Coaching and APS Selection Criteria coaching.

Ficus Coaching is led by Chris de Bono, who has spent the majority of his career coaching and mentoring junior leaders in the Australian Defence Force or providing a suite of specialised transition services to Defence personnel. Chris has also spent some time working in and with private industry and with this he brings a well-balanced perspective to all of his coaching and team building activities.

Chris brings great energy and enthusiasm to all of his coaching. He is passionate about self-improvement and imparts this passion and drive whenever he coaches.

Chris is qualified in government management, frontline management, career development and coaching and mentoring in the workplace.
